How it works:
1. Spend AP on anything in the web or in-game item mall. Depending on how much you will qualify for tiers. So if you spend 500 AP you qualify for Tier 1 prizes.
2. Once the sale has ended Check the GM Enchant Tier after the event has ended to see if you qualified (Qualifiers will be posted by 9/28)
3. Because of the large number of items and enchants we're giving away, it may take up to 2 weeks to pay out, so please be patient during this process. In addition, items will queue up in your bank if there is not enough space in your bank. Please remove items from your bank so that the queued items appear.
4. If you have won a GM Enchant or Upgrade, send us an RT ticket With the following information in order to claim your enchant. Please be sure to note the item you want enchanted or upgraded:

. Character Name
Do not send an RT if you haven't won! It will be ignored!
1.How do I qualify for a tier?
Just purchase any item from the web or in-game mall. The more you spend the more you get. Example: To qualify for Tier 1 you would spend 500 AP in game
2.Are the Tiers Cumulative?
No, the tiers are not cumulative. Whatever tier you qualify for are the prizes you get.
3.How do I know if I qualified?
Check the GM Enchant Tier after the event has ended to see if you qualified (Qualifiers will be posted by 9/28)
4.Can I just BUY AP and qualify?
No, you must SPEND the AP in the in-game or Web item mall.
5.Should I empty my Gate Master Bank?
Yes. We recommend you empty your gate master bank before receiving your items.
6.If I send the RT in an incorrect format will I still receive my prizes?
If your RT is not in the proper format, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your items. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS!
7.When do I get the CP?
At the next server maintenance to follow the end of this promotion!
